Celebrating Luke’s 12th Birthday!

As I walked up to greet this sweet family I was so excited to see them again! Every year on Luke’s birthday his Mom and I get together to do their family portraits. Luke says “this year I am having a race car party as opposed to last years pet the pig party, haha!”

I have been photographing this sweet guy and his family since he was turning 8! Every summer in July I get so pumped because I get to see how much he has grown and catch up with how this family is doing.

A Family that feels like home for me..

If it isn’t their great and easy going and fun loving attitudes, it’s how sweet they are with each other in the sessions. They honestly make it a breeze to get their photographs taken because of their friendliness with one another! Luckily this time was able to mentor someone while we were on the shoot so they could see what ideal clients of mine look like! Seriously, I would love to just clone them, haha!!
