Lindsay & Matt’s Charming Wedding at The French Farmhouse

A couple weeks ago, I had the honor of capturing the most beautiful day for Lindsay and Matt at The French Farmhouse. From start to finish, their wedding was overflowing with joy, intention, and love — not only between the two of them, but for every single guest who came to celebrate their story.

Their Love Story

Lindsay and Matt’s journey is nothing short of a fairytale. These two actually grew up just two doors down from each other and have known each other since they were 8 years old. Lindsay confessed she had a crush on Matt all those years ago, but it wasn’t until Covid brought them both home from their separate colleges that sparks began to fly. After that, they braved four years of long-distance (Dallas ✈️ Fayetteville), building a strong foundation for the marriage they’ve now begun.

A Wedding Full of Heart

What stood out to me most about Lindsay and Matt’s wedding was how intentional they were with their time and attention. They weren’t just focused on their own celebration — they wanted to make sure every single person in attendance felt loved and appreciated.

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was when they personally thanked their guests, making space to recognize just how special it was to have each friend and family member there. And then there was the sweetest (and most unique!) touch: instead of one wedding cake, they gave each and every table their own cake to cut and enjoy together. I had never seen this before, and it was such a thoughtful way to invite guests into the celebration. It was joyful, personal, and so perfectly “them.”
