Papa and Nana
We were so blessed to have Papa and Nana stay here in town for two months. They just recently retired and got an RV so they could travel the world and see their grandbabies. How cool is that? YOU GUYS!! I am soo blessed to have in laws as awesome as they are. They not only helped me around the house but they loved on my babies and to me, that meant EVERYTHING.
The kids got to know them so much better these past two months because they chose to sacrifice time out of their busy lives to invest in my children. Yes they are retired but still have 4 other grown kids in KC.
Papa not only cleaned out my garage for me he installed shelves, hung a television and dumped loads and loads of trash to the dumpster. WOW. This guy is amazing. I feel so special and loved by these two that words cannot even express it. Nana did my laundry, changed poopy diapers (like jumped at the occasion, ha!), and cooked and babysat as much as she could. She didn’t even want to leave because her heart for her grand kids is so big.
Even though we want to hang on to them with every ounce of us we know they have more to explore and other to be a blessing to. So for now we will share them and remember the sweet time they shared with us here. I am so happy they wanted to do some pictures too so until then we have some beautiful photos to look at.
With all the horror stories of in laws I feel so very lucky that it is not that way with these two. They are the most loving, caring two parents and grandparents I have ever met. They have HUGE HEARTS for other people and it shows with every action they take. I thank God for them and I am BLESSED to know them let alone have them as my family.
