Dreamy Engagement Session at White Rock Lake

Picturesque Evening

The clouds moved in the sky, causing the evening sun to dip in and out. The winds gusted strongly over White Rock Lake. A mere shadow of a much larger storm far from our location. Though the elements may have been powerful, the sky was breathtaking. What a perfect night for an engagement session with Shaun and Kay.

The Happy Couple

Shaun and Kay met on a dating app called Bumble. She said he stood out from the others because of his “genuine smile.” As photographers genuine smiles are what we love most! The best part about these two was the genuine happiness they shared together. Throughout the entire shoot they made each other laugh and smile without any prompting.

As the sun began to fade Kay made a suggestion. “Can we get in the water?” It did not take much convincing for us. Beautiful sunset, beautiful couple, equals beautiful pictures! As these two lovers embraced in the water, the last rays of the sun dipped behind the horizon. What a perfect reminder of how breathtaking young love can be!
