We arrived at Murrell Park an hour and a half before sunset. It was a windy November night. The kind of night where if it was not gusty, the temperature would probably be 60 degrees, but the wind chill had dropped it to the 40’s. For this Texas couple, it was cold! Lucky for us, we were doing an engagement session for Ryan and Elizabeth, cold weather professionals!
Ryan and Elizabeth, Wisconsin natives, moved to DFW a few years back. Truth be told, she is quite adventurous and was ready for some Texas in her life! Ryan, after a couple of months realized life was better with Elizabeth in it. So he packed his things and moved to Texas to!
Our engagement session was so much fun! Not going to lie, we have taken pictures on windy, cold nights before, but it was WINDY yal! Having a couple tricks up our sleeve we started in places that the breeze was lessoned by the terrain.
As we moved around Murrell Park we could not help but laugh at the situation! The occasional gust would blow and kick some sand around us, or the chill would cause a tear to form in someone’s eye and be good for a laugh. But it did not stop us from getting beautiful and joyful pictures. The best part about it was the carefree attitudes of Ryan and Elizabeth. They really were happy in love and enjoying every minute of life.
Elizabeth and Ryan, thank you so much for the fun time we had during your engagement session! Your free spirits complement each other so well it is easy to see why you are both together! We really are looking forward to being able to capture your joyful moments on your big day! Until then, enjoy every moment! The engagement will be over before you know it so make every minute count!
Until next we meet,
Cheers!
